Il Microbirrificio Opperbacco nasce nel 2009
grazie alla volontà e alla caparbietà del Mastro Birraio Luigi Recchiuti.

Il birrificio è a Notaresco. Incastonato come una gemma tra i colli Teramani, abbracciato dal Gran Sasso da un lato e dal Mare Adriatico dall’altro con, uliveti, vigne e frutteti a fare da cornice.
L’intero processo produttivo si svolge all’interno di una vecchia stalla riadattata e attrezzata per laproduzione di Birra.

22nd May 2010. ChrisOs ’Blue Ridge Mountains Of Virginia’ tasting! Very hazy gold beer. Good bubbly white head. Light soft palate. Sweet malt and good sweet pineapple and grapefruit hops. Finishes soft and dry.

From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, mild citrusy and slight yeasty. Crisp hoppy flavoured, citrusy and light peachy. Mellow yeasty base. Citric and slight yeasty finish.

From tap at Open Baladin. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and slight spiced. Herbal, citrusy and spiced flavoured. Light phenolic from back of the nose. Phenolic and dry finish with a light fruity lasting note.

37.5 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is peachyand citrusy. Distinct hoppy fruity. Peachy, dry, leathery and grapefruity hoppy. Citrusy and peachy flavoured. Bitter and dry finish. Crisp fresh hopped.

Cloudy amber with a lasting white head. White wine and exotic fruit in the aroma, bordering on paraffin oil. Dry and fruity hop flavour with medium bitterness.
