Handpumped. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is smooth fruity and light hoppy. Dry grassy and slight fruity flavoured. Dry and lingering fruity into a dry finish. Smooth hoppy finish.

Draught at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Cloudy golden, airy headd. Distinct aroma of goosebeery and black currant. Soft and tart, vinous with tanninic bitterness. Lemony with lovely hops flavour. The most interesting of the series, but in all I preferred the subtleness of the saaz version where full complexity of the base lambic still prevailed.

Draught at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Lightly hazy golden, airy head. Fresh grapefruit and catpee aroma. Tart and citric with well rounded mouthfeel. The hops and lemony tatrness seem to enjoy each other’s company, though some of the sutbleness in the lambic is gone.

Draught at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Lightly hazy golden, airy head. Lycheea roma. The sweet lychee is quickly replaced by lemony lambic tartness. Soft and mellow. Tropical fruits colides soewhat with thefunky lambic complexity. Some grape stone bitterness.
