Tap. An interesting stout. Pours dark black with a strong, tan head. Good nose of roasted malts, light chocolate. Flavor is standard stout up until the finish, at which point there is a detectable uniqueness - the oyster, presumably. A slightly salty, briney quality. It doesnโ€™t necessarily make the beer any better, but it does set it apart from the pack. Medium bodied and pretty smooth.

Charcoal, bark, and dark roasted barley malt aroma. Clear mahogany, thick tan head, good lace. Roasted malt flavor with a conspicuous grassy hop accent. Fine balance, not very complex. A bit tinny and chemical. Ok, but I wouldnโ€™t go out of my way for it.
