Draught in Bray. Light yellow, almost like a white wine. Aroma of grainy malt. Flavour is malt and grain, a little metal. Years since I drank one of these, always remembered it as being better than this, nostalgia and all that I suppose.

330ml bottle, gift from Mark. Many thanks Mark. Pours an expected deep, dark with a small tan topping. Aroma of roast, light smoke, briny oysters (which I did not expect). Taste is smooth roast, soft salty bitterness, light oysters, comes together quite well.

Tap @ The Porterhouse, Dublin shared with Niilstrong. Clear orange golden color, medium sized white to off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Smell and taste malts, bitter hops, bitter. Firm carbonation supports the dominance of bitter in the flavor. Decent though.
