Draft at Craft Beer Festival Forlì, Italy. Pours crisp gold with very fine white foam. Aroma is nice of tropical fruits and citrus. Body is fairly dense with average carbonation. Taste is intensely bitter, with decent sweetness behind. Finish is long and bitter.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 14A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L35 (BBF 03.19). AROMA: meidum-low caramel-like notes, followed by low lacquer notes and faint cereal husk. APPEARANCE: ambar color and clear. medium ivory head with good retention. TASTE: medium-low malt flavor with toasty and almost caramelly character. slight lacqer. medium-low bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low body, medium carbonation. OVERALL: not a belgian and not a red ale. average.

Il gusto al naso propende al fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. L'aspetto del liquido è velato, attraversato da poche bollicine grandi. Il colore è ambrato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è medio. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è lungo e semplice. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca riporta sentori di caramello, miele e biscotto.
