Deep brown to black with a tan head. Roasted, malty, earthy, some light chocolate notes. Medium bodied. Finish has a dry roasted malt profile. Straightforward and very well done. Having a couple is the right move.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours with a monstrous fizz leaving a rough, fluffy and somewhat lacing white head, that dissipates rather quickly. Cloudy, grayish golden. Slightly malty nose. Medium body, almost flat, oxidized maltiness with a slight, finishing bitterness. 190925

Keg at Fabrica Maravillas, Madrid. Pours unclear amber with beige tan foam. Aroma: malt, caramel, berries. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter. Medium body with soft carbonation. All rather too subtle in terms of flavour considering the ABV.

Bottle 33 cl. Grayish golden with a small, white head. Soapy, coriandery nose. Sweet, fruity, malty with perfumy flavors, gingery also. Some unclean phenols underneath. But overwhelmingly decent and drinkable, if you like your Wits to the very perfumy side. 141019

33 cl bottle at Pon de beber, Vallekas. Hazy brownish pour, virtually no head. Aroma is very -very low: a hint of strawberry and bread. Watery, tasteless, abrupt finish. Don't like it.
