Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golde - the palest Dunkel I've ever seen - with a white head. Yeasty, fruity nose. Medium body, tart fruitiness - clearly there's some lactic acid at work here. Some nasty phenollic tangs. Comes out more like a Belgian Blonde - very confusing. 151117

Bottle 33 cl. Pours black with a red tint and a fizzy and dissipating beige head. Very, very subtle roast aroma. Light-bodied, again fairly subtle roast and licorice. There's a distinct and very unfortunate tartness. It could be from the choice of roasted malts, but to me it appears more like a lactic infection. This is no good. 091117
