A dark amber with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light roasted notes, classic Vienna. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, not bad.

355ml Bottle (Thanks Omhper) - Black with a small head. Coffee, roasted malt and liquorice in the aroma. Smooth, roasted and chocolatey taste with coffee, roasted malt, plain chocolate and a hint of liquorice. Very easy to drink and very enjoyable.

Bottled. Clear golden, small head.Rich grapefruit aroma. Mid sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Firm but slightly syrupy with lots of sweet grapefruit and long bitter finish. Nice!

Bottled at Elvira, Mexico City. Clear amber, small head. Floral nose with grain and slight caramel. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Some grass and floral hops, light toasty caramelly malt. Mid bitter finish. Harmonious.

Bottled at Kitchen6, Condesa, Mexico City. Hazy nut brown, small creamy head. Fruit nose with butter and hazelnuts. Sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Caramely with slight spicy hops. Low-medium bitterness.

Bottled at Elvira, Mexico City. Hazy pale golden, small but firm head. Light fruity grassy nose. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with notes of paper. Low bitterness. Simple but drinkable and flawless.

Bottled at La Fabrica, Mexico City. Hazy amber, creamy head. Fruity nose with plenty of caramel. Mid sweet with above medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly with notes of butter. Mild butter, fresh tobacco and an interestig, hard-to-define flavour (presumably the tequila oak barrel) that comes through in the finish. Dominated by caramelly malt.

Draught at Fiebre de Malta, Mexico City. Clear pale amber, mid sized head. Distinct blueberry aroma. Sweetish with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Blueberry jam meets iodide and bread. Mid bitter finish, A fun(ny) beer with unusual flavours, some problems, and quite some depth.

Draught at Fiebre de Malta. Hazy near black, creamy head. Light minerally nose with some coffee and medicin. Mid sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Slightly chocolaty with notes of grains and saké. Mid bitter finish.
