Bottle @ home shared with Joes and DutchDrebus. Bottle said 4,5%ABV! Slightly hazy yellow color, no head. Don’t smell much either. Tastes like a regular pilsener, nothing special at all. Low carbo, low body.

Black color with a deep red glow, so not completely opaque. Smell a lot of coffee, smells burned and dark chocolate. Taste coffee but the taste is a bit weak, still pretty nice though. Thin body, low carbo.

Initially headless, slowly a small dark-greige head builds up on virtually black beer, if not for long. Very coffeeish nose, Ersatzcoffee, touches of sweet, bit of cigar ashes - quite convincing. Unfortunately, the nose also suggests what proves true in the mouth: the texture and body are thinnish, watery, way too thin for a R.I.S. Coffeenotes, coffeebeans, quite bitterish (mainly roasted grains, but some hops too). Thin, too watery, grist slickness. Still, not bad, just too thin... Jeez, where did I GET that beer? Hopduvel?

I haven’t a friggin’ clue as to whereever I got this bottle. So, if you bestowed it upon my person, know ye to be thanked! Small beige head over copper-orange beer. Mainly chocolatey aroma, toffee, sweet with a point of moccha in the background. Dry, caramelly, bit oxydized flavour, very watery flavour and utterly watery texture, thin as few. Nose promised at least something, but the rest proved a lot of water (under the bridge).
