Listed as an Indian Pale Pilsener, whatever that means. Definitely good in any case, and a level above many Mexican craft beers. A lot of citrusy hops here actually. Good malt complex, and good all around. Light bitterness with light hops. Bottle pour at Yucatan Craft Beer Festival.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Alexey. Very dark brown. Aroma of chocolate, nuts, some roast. Dry flavor, roasty, slightly sourish, slightly "green", with chocolate, nuts, a bit of coffee, and a bitterish finish, slightly astringent. Medium-bodied.

At a tasting, thanks, almost no head, quite clear deepish orange color, aroma of vanila and dried apricots with some toastiness in the back, malty jammy flavor with some green shrubs, vanila and maple, noticable sweetness, Nice but not overly exciting.

À hazed golden amber ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with signs of chocolate, light coffee notes, interesting. In mouth, a sweet caramel malt with light coffee and chocolate notes, herbaceous hops, nice and smooth. Bottle from El Gourmand, Oaxaca, 75 pesos.

Bottle - Sweet caramel and some nice sweet hop notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Sweet caramel, bitter and a long light bitter finish. Not bad.

Bottle at Chino. Deep copper brown pour. Malty aroma. Taste is also very very malty and only slightly bitter - maybe the English-ness? Not anything special and too deeply malty for me.

Another smash hit from the 7-11 on the corner, Roma, DF. Medium brown. Not much head. Slightly sweet, molasses aroma but with a bit of bitter chocolate. Palate is rich, with a bit of tar and Okinawan black sugar. Good body. Soft finish.

Una otra obra maestra de 7-11 en mi esquina. La color es marron media. El aroma es de piloncillo y un poco de chocolate amargo. El sabor es rico, con un poco de brea y azucar negro de Okinawa. Fuerte cuerpo, pero dulce final.
