Hand pump at So Good in Rome. Ancient golden clear pour with a creamy and tick tough irregular foam. Nose: earthy hops, grassy too...fresh malty overall. Classic. Mouthfeel: ouh, hoppy, clean, soft malty with a firm bitterness. Good one

Bottle at Fiumicino airport. I have a cold and no sleep tonight waiting for a delayed flight, oh well. Bright copper orange color, bubbly yellowish head, reducing, fizzy. Aroma quite malty with caramel and mild grassy hops, but my smelling is out of order now so im not accurate. Enjoyable nonetheless.

On tap @ ChiareScure Festival, Milano 2018. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso ananas e luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è articolato e strutturato ma duttile. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo e ananas.

On tap @ ChiareScure Festival, Milano 2018. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal fruttato, soprattutto lamponi. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è rosato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è pulito e semplice. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato si fermano sentori di miele, agrumi, zenzero, spezie e lamponi.

L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la continuità olfattiva sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto, con il salato presente. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è bruschino. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca ritrova sale, molto minerale e moltissimo coriandolo.

Draft - Wheat and some saline. Clearish gold with a nice white head. Soft wheat and Light saline with a touch of Coriander. Not aggressive, soft in the original style.
