0.33 l bottle. Hazy yellow colored with no head. Very strong, tart fruity aroma, mainly apricot. Its taste however is not so great, one can feel the fruits but more fainted than in the aroma. Short finish, medium body, soft carbonation.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, color giallo/ambrato velato, al naso malto lieviti belgi miele castagne, in bocca malto spezie miele frutta a pasta gialla, carbonazione piatta, corpo rotondo, oily, astringente, dolce, con amaro moderato. Mi dispiace ma non ci siamo. Fatele un pò più carbonate queste Tripel! 07.04.18

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours crisp gold with fine white foam. Aroma is fruity and cereal. Body is slightly dense, with average carbonation. Doesn't feel like a triple, but lighter. Taste is sweet at first, but with good bitterness in the long finish.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Dorata torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori di esteri, frutta gialla, spezie. In bocca è abbastanza bilanciata e discretamente rotonda. Corpo medio, carbonazione corretta. Discreta.

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza. Dorée, col épais blanc cassé. Arôme est houblonné, léger grains malté, pâle style belge avec un petit bouquet ester fruité de la levure. Palais au profil houblonné noble tirant sur un style belge. Levure sur une fine note banane - ester. Fruité noble dans les houblons avec une petite rondeur sucrée belge de style abbaye. Amertume présente tout en restant modérée.
