13/2/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of Danish pint boys, cheers. Pours clear virtually colourless with no head. Aroma of honey and solvent, light herbal notes. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily, no carbonation. Quite liked the tartness.

13/2/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of Danish pint boys, cheers. Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is rich, sweet apple, baked apple, brown sugar, apple pie. Medium to heavy sweetness with a nice tangy tartness. Medium body, sticky, low carbonation. Nice tart finish. Enjoyed it.

13/2/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of Danish pint boys, cheers. Pours slightly hazy dark gold with minimal head. Aroma of pear, apple, light herb, slight woody solvent edge. Moderate sweetness, quite sharp tartness. Medium body, slightly sticky, low carbonation. Dry tart finish.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almost colourless. Faint citric nose. Dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Citric honey, some white pepper. As there is no trace of birch leaves I assume it is made with birch sap.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almost clear pale yellow, no head. Aroma of tart apples. Dry with light to medium body and crisp mouthfeel. Granny Smith apples and appleskins, mild peppery vinous notes. Warmign finish with some apple skin bitterness. Interesting and pleasant.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear pale yellow, no head. Concentrated apple aroma, Very sweet with fukll body and dense, viscous mouthfeel. Concentrated honey sweet apples, backed by mild unripe apple skin tartness. Slight warmth and apple skin bitterness. Nice, but not as intense and complex as the best examples.

14/1/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers. Pours almost clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet apple, musty grape, apple pie and custard, hints of clove and a touch floral/herbal. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Quite enjoyable.

Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Slighty hazy, pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, grape, musty. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, with grapey white wine notes, spicy and some acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying acidic finish. quite drinkable.

[ As Berryland Ice Cider - 2018 ].
ABV: 7.0-7.5%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples - vanilla, backed apples, sweet apples. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, apple, vanilla, barrel - vanilla, sweet apples, backed apples, light tart apples. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20220108]
