Old rating - 500ml bottle brought back from NZ by a friend. Pours jet black with a thin beige head. Aromas & tastes of dried raisins, chocolate, coffee & roasted malt. Medium body. Smooth moderate bitter finish with boozy aftertaste

Pours a brown color. Malty flavour of caramel with notes of bread and hops. A moderate alcohol bite in the finish.

500ml bottle. Pine, grapefruit, orange, sherbet, passionfruit, mango. Good carbonation. Very decent.

500ml bottle. Pours dark ruby and translucent. Dusty coffee, rich plum jam, dates, chocolate. Flavour is big and tasty, though there’s a small brioche note I am trying to ignore. Really not a bad effort.

Gold, thin head. Aroma has light, honeyish, floral notes. Light spice, floral , fresh hops. Tasty, balanced, dry and very nz.

Rye and manuka honey. 5.5%. Amber colour with a malty aroma, hint of overripe fruit. Sweet, lightly fruity but not coming together all that well.

Light amber, lightly fruity w lychee, melons and florals. Moderately bitter with floral nz hops. Well-balanced, tasty.
