Draught at TALEA, murky cloudy, darkish orange colour, peach, plaster, hint of passion fruit and almond, a bit of yoghurt, light sourness. Ok, nothing special.

Draught at TALEA, cloudy milky lightish red color, raspberries, light yoghurt, feral hints and just a whiff of salt, a bit thick mouthfeel,. Nice and enjoyable.

Draught at TALEA, clear light brown colour with reddish taints, almonds, Cinamon, minerals and baked apples in the back, light bitterness, hint of sourness. Nice and surprisingly refreshing.

Completely clear golden coloured body with a very fast-dying off-white and very soapy bubbled head that shows a small single centimetre head with a lot of carbonation visible. Aroma of lemons (of course), citrus, grass, hay, strong floral notes with a crispness and a touch of alcohol noticeable with some discernable lemongrass here as well. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong and slightly tart citrus and lemony flavours persist with a dry and soft yeast note with a little grassy and especially perfumey and floral profile that hits nicely and fairly elegantly with an easy-drinking, but flavourful and complex finish. Aftertaste is clean, very crisp, while having a lot of robust ntoes wtih the flowers, lemon, grass and especially perfumey notes all showing through, without a lot of pungency, richness or bitterness - this goes down pretty easily. Overall, a nice, dry, herbal and flavourful beer that hits nicely and shows a great complexity, especially for the style - this one was great to sample fresh! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Bread & Honey in New York (8th Ave @ 56th St), New York on 22-August-2021 for US$5,59, canned on 04-August-2021 and sampled at my house down in Washington on 22-September-2021.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Clear, honey gold color. Large, pillowy beige head. Fragrant, fruity aroma. Hints of earthy malt and sweet, stone fruits. Flavor is bittersweet upfront with hints of citrus and stone fruit. Notes of tangerine, peach, pear and lime. Clean, crisp lines. Great balance and flavor.

Can. Pours faintly cloudy dark yellow with foamy off-white head, citrus-pine aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter citrus-pine flavor, smooth body, long medium bitter piney finish. Nice and smooth WC style IPA.

On tap at Talea Cobble Hill. Pours orange red. Lemon, berry, fair tartness, light and generically fruity taste. Medium body. Nice.

On tap at Talea Cobble Hill. Pours hazy orange. Guava, creamy, tart, strong guava, strawberry cheesecake. Full body. Good.

On tap at Talea Cobble Hill. Pours somewhat hazy gold. Pineapple, mango, papaya, sweet. Medium body. Fine.

On tap at Talea Cobble Hill. Pours dark brown. Roast, milk chocolate, red fruit, herbal. Medium body. Nice.
