Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Stas. Clear yellow-golden. Aroma of whiskey smokiness, some corn, and some alcohol. Sweet flavor with honey, whiskey smokiness, some alcohol and a bit of corn. The whiskey element was quite surprising. Not as bad as expected.

From a 330ml bottle on 1/5/2016. Pours a clear light golden. The nose features some light apple and grain. Flavour wise, it’s very sweet and fruity - certainly has more than a hint of apple juice about it. Finishes with a very mild bitterness. Medium bodies with average carbonation. Doesn’t come across as 7%. An unusual, slightly cider like brew which isn’t too bad at all.

Bottle thanks to Richy / Sarky / Boosty at the 2016 Cotteridge Convention. It pours clear gold with a medium+ white head. The aroma is simple, grainy, cracker, white bread and cereal. The taste is crazy sweet, sugary, sweet white bread, earth, dirty honey, sweetcorn and a sort of oiliness. Finish is sweet and sugary. Medium body and average carbonation. Damn this is sweet and filthy. A challenge to drink.

Bottle shared at the Cotteridge Convention - 2016 edition. What a treat! Huge thanks to MacBoost for this. Pours clear yellow with a white foam topping. The nose holds sugary cereal and white bread. Medium sweet flavour, with lots of sugary vanilla frosting, paper, cereal grains. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Cloying finish, lots more sugar, simple white bread. One of the lesser malt liquors tried on the day.
