Description
Conceived as a ‘nomadic’ project, The Beak has spent several years creating unfiltered, seasonally-inspired beer with friends at some the greatest UK breweries, including North Brew Co, Partizan, Beavertown, Burning Sky and Northern Monk. We've now laid roots in our hometown of Lewes in East Sussex, where we've built a 15-BBL neighbourhood brewery and taproom with a mixed-fermentation project and weekend street food canteen. Please come and say hi!

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Murky golden body with a thick off-white head. Steady carbonation. Aroma of salted orange and lime chutney. Flavour of lemon, salted bread and peach. Medium to full body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Heavy and hoppy. It’s good but doesn’t gel as well as Beak’s finest.
