Description
Conceived as a ‘nomadic’ project, The Beak has spent several years creating unfiltered, seasonally-inspired beer with friends at some the greatest UK breweries, including North Brew Co, Partizan, Beavertown, Burning Sky and Northern Monk. We've now laid roots in our hometown of Lewes in East Sussex, where we've built a 15-BBL neighbourhood brewery and taproom with a mixed-fermentation project and weekend street food canteen. Please come and say hi!

Dark beer, thick light brown head. Smells of malt, pine, hops. Taste has toasted malt, pine, a bit of zestiness, grassy hop, a little dark chocolate and something lightly smokey too. Rich with a big hearty punch to it.
