Bottle, thanks pivnizub! Cloudy honeyish brown, huge off-white cream. Peach, honey and roast aroma. Fruity flavor - apple, peach, banana. Spices - clove, cardemom. Almonds retronasal. Light sparkly, yet full mouthfeel. A very pleasant and wellbrewed beer, subtle, but rich!

bottle from pivnizub - díky! Deep dark brown, almost black colour, large beige head. Fruity-chocolatey aroma. Full-bodied, rather shy malty background with yeasty banana flavours. Hints of roasted malts and caramel, hints of chocolate and cocoa powder. Exceptionally smooth and creamy mouthfeel.

Bottle, 5.4%. Weak malty aroma. Clear amber colour. Very small head. The flavour is not as interesting as the aroma, a bit thin. There is some malt, hint of spice, slightly watery.

Bottle, vielen vielen dank Günther! Flambeed banana aroma, berry notes. Cloudy red-brown, huge golden-brown head, lively carbonation - looks brilliant in my Aventinus glass. Rich caramel entry, port, roasted bananas, pears and berry jam. Medium body, light sparkly on the tongue, mellow mouthfeel. Very very nice - finally a weizenbock in the same class as the favourite from Schneider.

Bottle, thanks pivnizub. Light berrylike nose. Chestnut, low carbonation, creamy creamcoloured head. Fruity malt entry, light smoke, roast, herbal hops. Lighter medium, but mellow mouthfeel and still chewy. Dry finish, grassy hops and berries retronasal. Easy drinkable, yet subtlly delicate.

Bottle: Almost black, cloudy, mid-sized creamy beige head; sweet fruity (dried fruits) and toasty-caramelly nose with a faint phenolic-wheaty background; soft MF, medium to full bodied, moderate to solid sweet-bitter(!) flavour; bitter chocolatey notes in the warming fruity-wheaty finish. Quite well rounded, nourishing Weizen-Bock..........
