Description
Our first love was the hazy, hoppy New England style pales and IPAs so you'll find plenty of these on our menus. Although we have three core beers (Cosmic Dust, Termination Shock and Galaxies Apart), we love experimenting so you can expect new releases every month to keep things interesting. We've recently started testing the water with some sours and stouts...more of these to come soon.

Can from The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Aromas of dark chocolate, cocoa, smoke, raisin, coffee. Taste is dark chocolate, smoke, caramel, lots of coffee. Roasty toasty aftertaste. An impy without the usual jazz & pzazz. Decent.

Can. A near clear paleish gold beer, small bubbly off white head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts. A thin creamy sweetness over a light German like nutty sweetness. This piney hops into thin citrus and stone fruits. Some pleasing floral peach on the back end. Tidy, doesn't really punch hard enough to get me really excited.

Panda from Colin. Cheers. Pale hazy gold. Frothy white head soon almost entirely disappears. Aroma has slightly funky but sweet stone fruit and herbs. Vinous hints. Underlying malts. Flavourwise it's fruity with vanilla porridge... chewy. Slightly herbal. Sour edge. Medium bodied. Oily. Soft-flat carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Very pleasant.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. The 2 experimental kiwi hops are a delight here. Soft pine, persistent hop spice. Sweetish mandarin, white wine subtle undertone. Very mild skunk. Touch of stone fruits. Passion fruit? Well a light touch on the back end if you are looking for it. The hop spice now swinging with both fists. Really liked this, one of those beers where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Delicious.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a modest dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, plenty creamy sweet, a notch too much so for me. Cooling pine into juicy citrus. Candy fruits and stone fruits. Touch of mild skunk. Very mild hop spice. Smooth finish. A lot going on here and it drinks very easy for its abv.
