Description
Our first love was the hazy, hoppy New England style pales and IPAs so you'll find plenty of these on our menus. Although we have three core beers (Cosmic Dust, Termination Shock and Galaxies Apart), we love experimenting so you can expect new releases every month to keep things interesting. We've recently started testing the water with some sours and stouts...more of these to come soon.

Cask at Pigs Ear '21, day two, 01/12/21. Murky orange with a good sized white head. Nose is sweet malts, melon, mango, sticky tropical fruits. Taste comprises more sweet tropicana, mango at the fore, papaya, melon, tangerine, pineapple. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy hop bitterness. Pleasant enough but a touch too sweet for my liking.
