Bottle from Vinmonopolet, Lillehammer. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - herbal and grass. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 090223

Bottled (Thanks Arne M!). Black colour with minor head. Aroma is liquorice, roasted malts, coffee and some grainy notes. Flavour is roasted, coffeeish, mild tartness, chocolate and some some toffee. A bit yeasty elements too. The tart edge feels like an infection could be breaking out.

330ml bottle, batch 269, bought at Vinmonopolet Oslo City. Firm off-white head, clear brownish body, crocheted lacing. Subdued aromas of dusty hope and grass. Strange kind of taste, hints of dark plums. ripe orange, and some spices. Jam-like ending, unbalanced. Did not empty the bottle. (Hotel room, Frogner, Oslo 22.11.2022).

50ml on tap at Crave Cave Bar, Bryggerifestivalen. Clear warm golden body, scattered lacing from a fast dissipating head. Prominent aroma of honey. Tasted of honey, herbs and berry skins. Rounded, lingering aftertaste of honey. Okay in smaller amounts like this. (Trondheim 28.07.2022).

100ml on tap, 7,2 % abv, at Crave Cave Bar, Bryggerifestivalen. Remaining fawn-coloured head over a near-black body, fair lacing. Dark bread on the nose, mid-sweet. Malt-forward flavours of dark chocolate malts, dough and a coffee note towards a smoothly roasted, mid-sweet. finish. Fine depth. Nice. (Trondheim 28.07.2022).

100ml on tap, at Crave Cave Bar, Bryggerifestivalen. Clear copper coloured body, dotted spots on the glassware from a declining beige head. Smell om dried fruits and toffee, inviting. Blended taste character of bread, toffee, and chocolate malts. Rounded malt-bitter finish. Pretty fair. (Trondheim 28.07.2022).
