12 ounce can shared by tia and HopTsing at the 22nd Richmond Gathering. Clear dark amber, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of caramel, nuts, apples, band-aid. The taste is green apple, soy, caramel, band-aid, nuts. Thin bodied WAY off.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can from shrubber82 poured into a glass. Hazy Amber with medium white head. Aroma is grassy hops, medium body, medium carbonation, and pretty good lacing. Taste is herbal hops, grassy hops, and bitter finish. A fair amount of taste, but not my thing.

Bottle shared at LBT2. Pours near black with a small beige head. Aroma of roast, toffee, dark chocolate, toffee, metallic notes and caramel. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate bitter with alcohol warmth coming out in the palate. Light full bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at beer seller. From notes. Loads of floral and tropical fruit in the nose, taste is citrus with a solid caramel malt backbone.

Can. Chocolate malt and woody hay aroma. Hazy brown with moderate light tan head. Mildly sweet chocolate malt and moderately bitter herbal hay flavor. Good body. Very good brown ale.

Can: Slightly cloudy brown with a thick, yellow-tan head. Nutty, chocolate, caramel scent. Taste is nutty, earthy, caramel malt. Nice....a little spice, leafy hops. Pretty good.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can from shrubber85 poured into an English pint glass. Muddy brown with medium Aroma is nutty, medium body, medium/low carbonation, and thick medium-bubble lacing. Taste is nutty, some chocolate, herbal hops, and slightly bitter hop finish. Wasn’t expecting such a hop presence in the taste.

Can: Honey gold with a thick beige head. Orange, grassy aroma. Taste is orange malt, juicy citrus. Light orange-peel bitter. A really pleasant, solid APA.
