On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7%. Slightly hazy orange colour, moderate white head. Fruity aroma of kveik (traditional Norwegian farmhouse yeast), a hint of juniper. The flavour is also fruity with notes of kveik, slightly acidic. Again hints of juniper, moderate hops. .

330ml bottle, batch #4, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Dense white head to a hazed golden body. Patchy lacing. Farmyard nose with vague notes of kveik. Juniper and kveik to the taste buds, lightly smoked impacts towards the ending. Medium bodied. Quite alright. (Tromsø 13.08.2018).

On tap @ �st, Stavanger. Pours cloudy orange, with a small creamy head. Aroma is hops with orange peel, marmalade, and tropical notes of mango and apricots. Creamy body, with average carbonation. Flavour is hoppy notes of orange peel and grapefruit, tropical notes of mango, apricots and, as well as some fruity yeast and malts with biscuits and toffee. A lot of hops without really going Neipa, but enough to cover up the kveik so not really a kneipa either...

Bottle, #4, eight months before bbd. Pours hazy yellow with sediments, with a finger thick creamy head. Aroma is earthy notes of yeast, with hay and notes of smoke, as well as fruity malts with notes of freshly baked white bread. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is dry yeast with hay, berries and and musty apples, as well as smoked malts with cereals.

Solsletta 230318. Deep golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, oranges, alcohol, yeast. Flavor is fruit, malt, oranges, alcohol, yeast, bread, hay, grass, peaches. OK beer.

Bottle, shared by gunnfryd. A small off-white head forms over an unclear orange colored body. Typical kveik aroma, orange, juniper and bakers yeast, with a light piney, citrusy touch. In the mouth it's quite rubbery, with orange, lots of juniper twigs, some pine and bakers yeast. Spiced hints. Medium body and a bit heavy carbonation. Lasting juniper finish with yeast. Too much on the yeast side this one, and the rubber flavor is a bit disturbing. The juniper flavor though is wonderful. 180329
