On tap at the brewpub. Clear chestnut coloured with a modest, but lasting beige head. Malty and caramelly with notes of dried fruits. Sweet and caramelly with hints of acidity and a rather light bitterness. Brick-amber colour. Heavy caramel aroma. Chewy, earthy malts with toasty notes and plenty of nuttiness.

Tan colour. Quite a lot of soft carbonation. Large bleached head. Slightly sweaty, toasty, peachy aroma. Rather dusty, sweaty palate. Slight mineral note to the body.

Straw colour. Clean pale malt aroma. Bready pale malt flavour. Good body for style. Slight fruity hoppiness late.

Straw colour. Minty, slightly herbal aroma. Crisp, with warm bready malts and fruity, bitter hops. Quite authentic, and the most bitter beer I’ve had in a while. Dry finish.
