Clear golden colour. Aroma and flavour have some toasted malt. Rough bitterness. A bit furry. A poor effort.

Tawny red colour with lasting head. Aroma has a little metal and sime sweet malt. Flavour is similar and has a touch of banana.

Hazy yellow colour with decent head. Aroma and flavour are fairly sweet but there’s also a light peppery spiciness too. Not bad.

Bottle at a ’trendy’ bar in Ipswich. Pale gold in colour with an average sized white head. Aroma of corn, grain, malt and light hop. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Light body, watery texture, average to soft carbonation. Not the worst pale lager.

Bottle, uk import, source not noted. Pours amber with a large off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, lightly roasted with dark fruit and touch herbal. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Toward medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation.

Beers of the World country 65: Portugal 🇵🇹

"Nothing much to tell you about the taste of the beer either. The beer is golden in colour with a normal amount of foam when poured into the glass. It is dull and flat in taste with a dry and slightly bitter finish. Not my first choice if I ever travel to Portugal." - beersoftheworldproject.wordpress.com

Bottle shared by a friend, BB 11.2017, 15 cl sample. Clear yellow color short frothy head. Aroma of cardboard and grainy malt. Faint bitterness, corn. Meh.
