Draught at ØX Tap Room. Thanks to bergstaden for sharing. Filmy layer over a deep mahogany coloured body. Spotty lacing. Mild aroma of caramel and earthy malts. Taste of bread, caramel and modest mid-sweet fruity hints towards the ending. Clean in the mouth. Decent version of the style. (In friendly company with bergstaden and Finn, Trondheim 04.08.2017).

Draught at ØX Tap Room. A hazy dark golden body under a pearl white head blanketing the glass. Juicy malts and hop fruity aromas, inviting. Fresh malt-fruity flavours with impacts of caramel malts, dusty hops, and juicy fruits. Rounded bittersweet fruity ending. Medium bodied. soft in the mouth. Pleasantly refreshing. 250ml draught at ØX Taproom. Spotty lacing from a slowly diminishing white head. Hazy golden. Fresh hop fruity nose. Mixed taste of citrus and bread. Mid-dry hop bitterness to the ending. Easy to drink and refreshing. (Trondheim 04.08.2017).

On tap at Frati, Trondheim. Pours a clear straw colour with a small off-white. Careful aroma of Belgian yeast, hay and hint of diacetyl. The flavour is slightly sour with vegetables, artichoke, grass, hay and some sweet corn and alcohol. Has a slick mouth feel, light to medium body and light to medium bitterness. Fresh but careful. Close to a pale lager.

On tap at Frati, Trondheim. Has a clear straw colour with a creamy white head. Aroma of spices, flowers, lemon, grass, Belgian yeast, pear, peach candy and some diacetyl. The flavour is more malty with wheat, dry hay and some flowers. Slightly sour. Has a slick and fatty mouth feel, light body and light bitterness. Fresh and light wit, and bit weird.

200ml draught at ØX Tap Room. Spotty lacing, white layer at the top of a misty, yellow-gold coloured body. Floral nose, slightly perfumed. Moderate taste profile of apple skins, lemon and yeasty fruitiness followed by mid-dry citric endnotes. Clear and refreshing. Just alright. (Trondheim 23.06.2017).

200ml draught at ØX Tap Room. Bubbly ring to the rim of the surface, spotty lacing, cloudy golden-straw coloured body. Spiced aroma of ginger and wheat. Spiced fruity flavours including mid-sweet apples and pears joined by wheat and a touch of ginger. Mid-sweet fruity ending. Easy to drink. Satisfying. (Trondheim 23.06.2017).

Draught at ØX Tap Room. Stable white head leaving spotty laving behind. Clear, warm golden body. Restrained aroma of grass and grain. Pretty similar taste character of mid-sweet grain and grass, drying pale malt driven ending. Clean in the mouth. Accepted for what it is. (Trondheim 23.06.2017).

200ml, 5.5 % abv, on tap at E.C.Dahls Bryggerier Pub og Kjøkken. Low beige head over a dark brown coloured body. Spotty lacing. Brown malty aroma, semi-sweet. Dark caramel flavours, hints of nuts, earth and subdued dark fruits. Mild roasted malty ending. Medium bodied. Fine partner to the lamb burger. (Trondheim 22.06.2017).

250ml draught, 8 % abv, at ØX tap room. A pearl white head blanketing the glass. Cloudy orange coloured body. Sweet fruity nose, some oily hos to it. Caramel fruity flavours added by impact of Belgian yeast strains. Dried and sweet fruity ending with warming alcohol. Well bodied but a bit too sweet in the long run. (Trondheim 22.06.2017).
