Bottle Clear, amber body. Off-white, fizzy head, whicj diminishes mostly. Aroma of hops, coriander, ... Moderately bitter, lightly sweet initial flavour. Moderately bitter, moderately sweet finish. A quite unusual finish, which is spicy in a very particular kind of way.

Bottle Blond, treble body. White, creamy head, which diminishes mostly. Good lace. Yeast and lots of hops in the nose. Lightly bitter initial flavour. Heavily bitter finish. I found this a very nice bitter triple. I would be very enlightened when there would be less of those ’standard’ proef-like brews and more of these ones.

Huge, blinding snow-white head, dense, leaving classical Brugge lace; pale amber colour with olive shine. End of bottle totally flunky. Almondy nose, traces of diacethyl, coriander. Fiery, burning MF, CO² helping; dry, medium to full bodied, alcoholwarming. Outspoken vegetable taste, with an almondy and rosewater finish, but with no noticable sweetness. Still some discreet diacethyl. I’m much less satisfied by the Tripel then by the Amber; This beer is just too aggressive to please. Maybe a bit too "green" as well.

Fully hazy dark-amber with olive shine; huge pink-yellow head, very dense leaving some lace. Faint roasted coffee nose, vegetable background. Burnt-caramel coffee taste with an obvious spicey finish. After some time, there’s a marked sojasauce/sesame oil flavour. Bit burning MF, spice-enhanced it would seem; well bodied with mild alcoholburn. Original & quaint. The proof would be in the ageing. Somehow this keeps reminding me the Steedje beers. And those where dangerous to keep - mostly. Sounds, sorry, tastes familiar...
