Tørr, citrusaktig bitterhet i ettersmaken. Et heller intetsigende øl.

330 ml bottle from Gulating Stavanger. Almost clear golden body with a small white head. Aroma is pale malt and some citric fruit. Flavor is light and refreshing with pale malt, citric fruit, some mature fruit and medium bitterness. Medium body and aftertaste. Quite straight forward session American pale ale, but refreshing and no faults.

330 ml bottle from Gulating Stavanger. Slightly unclear golden body with a moderate sized, dense white head. Aroma is distinct myrica gale that might give some associations to eucalyptus, perfume or even soapy ginger. Flavor is mild pale malt, moderate bitterness and lots of lovely myrica gale, that’s one of my favorite spice for snaps. Medium body and long lasting aftertaste of myrica gale. A quite light and easy drinkable beer with fine balance and still uncompromising distinct myrica gale. It really gives me a feeling of wet marsh and forest. A modern take on the old traditional Nordic way to spice a beer, a great credit for daring to do something different than everyone else.
