Shared bottle at home. Pours slightly hazy golden with white head. Complex aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, pine needles, caramel, light bread. Taste bitter with some malty sweetness; very bitter aftertaste. Thin bodied, astringent.

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 13.10.16. Slightly hazy pale straw colour. Diminishing white head. Strong aroma of coriander, citrus zest and yeast. Coriander dominates taste, with banana flambee in aftertaste.

Flaske fra Gulating Stavanger, delt med Ovesen ombord på Fridtjofen: lett uklar korngul med ok skum. Deilig aroma og enda bedre smak med gjær, citrus og krydder (koriander og en knivsodd pepper) i en fin maltkropp. Halvtørr og og med lett, fint kalibrert bitterhet i ettersmaken. Og det viktigste av alt: den har mersmak!

Clear pale golden color with a fine white head. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Ok fresh bitterness. Medium body and an average carbonation. Pleasant malty and herbal hoppy flavor. Decent and easy drinkable lager.

33cl bottle shared by Cunningham - thanks a lot! Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a fairly decent, white head. Mild grainy aroma with fruits and hints herbs. Moderate sweet with fairly mild flavours, but quite quite okay. Not very memorable, but a fairly decent lager.

Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry floral, weeds, hay, flowers, minerals, paper, cereal, grass. Taste is slightly dry and harsh mineraly, weeds, minerals, hay, bark, paper, flowers, cereal, medicine, metal tank. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh medical mouthfeel. Boring.

330 ml bottle, from the brewery. Very dark brown colour, huge beige head. Nice aroma of fruity American hops, chocolate and coffee. Smooth mouthfeel. The flavour is fairly roasty and slightly dry, still with sweetish notes of chocolate, also coffee. Bitter finish.

330 ml bottle, from the brewery. ABV is 4.7%. Pale golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of yeast and herbal hops. The flavour is fresh and moderately fruity, also some yeasty notes, and has surprisingly bitter hops in the finish, very bitter aftertaste.

330 ml bottle, from the brewery. ABV is 4.7%. Slightly hazy straw colour, huge white head. Strong and complex aroma of grassy, herbal and fruity hops. Soft mouthfeel. The flavour is well hopped throughout, fruity and herbal with a sharpish bitter finish.
