200ml draught, from a sample tray at Horten Mikrobryggeri. Deep ruby-black body, covering beige head, spotty lacing. Smoothly roasted malty aromas, hints of cocoa, promising. Makt-driven flavours of cocoa-chocolate, grain, and liquorice notes. Roasted chocolate malty ending, long-lived. Fine bodied, but does not taste that strong. Likeable. (Horten, 14.08.2024).

200ml draught, from a sample tray at Horten Mikrobryggeri. Remaining pearl white head leaving clingy lacing on the glass, cloudy orange coloured body. Moderate aromas of dough and caramel malts. Mid- sweet malty flavours with a touch of doughy fruits and yeast. Hints of malt-fruity bitterness to the ending. Unusual kind of taste, just alright. (Horten, 14.08.2024).

Mixed taste of caramel malts, almond and a bite of nuts, hints of yeasty esters. Mid-dry, slightly sweet malty ending. Fair enough. (Horten, 14.08.2024).

200ml draught from a sample tray, 4.7 % abv, shared with Frau Eva. Clear late straw coloured body under a filmy layer, dotted spots on the glass. Moderate aromas of pale malts and grass, mid-dry. Flavoured with semi-sweet pale malts, earth, and grassy hops. Ends mid-sweet with a pale malty note. Average more or less. (Horten, 14.08.2024).
