Can to snifter.
Appearance: black in color and in the glass with a finger's worth of khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: milk chocolate; light notes of roasted coffee with a good dose of Mexican-like spicy peppers and chilis; light cinnamon and some vanilla
Flavor: moderately sweet with an ample amount of spicy notes from the peppers and chils along with the cinnamon; finishes spicy with a note of chocolate to vanilla sweetness
Texture: medium bodied, this is a sipper; lovely note of how the smoothness from the stout base wraps with the spicy aggression to neither be too smooth or too harsh on tongue
Overall: probably the best beer I've had by Silver Moon, everything's so well integrated.

Can to stange.
Appearance: auburn/copper color with a finger and a half worth of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: cranberry sweet and tart character up front, light lemon, subtle salty tones; sour-ed wheat/ever so slight whiff of the lacto/yogurty thing
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together to a sour to tart to sweet quality; finishes semi-salty with a light lacto/yogurty tone and some cranberries
Texture: light bodied, not exactly smooth as the cranberry tartness seems to extinguish any chance of letting this beer become too sessionable
Overall: there's actually a gose in here! I was a bit surprised and honestly, I like how the cranberries went well with the beer base, only thing was I never got the sour-ed wheat kick I was hoping to get. I believe I would return to this beer.

Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: somewhat of a dark golden to bronze color with a one finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: piney hops, light sweet to tart berry character; some sugared plums, dark bread and the light toasted white bread
Flavor: some sweet to tart to bitter blended character through the prior noted aromas; light finish of the pine, berries and white bread
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but also some dryness
Overall: what an odd beer, it's as if it wanted to be some sort of Belgian but didn't have the strength to be there or any true Belgian attributes then this didn't really seem to want to be an IPA. Definitely leaves me scratching my beard on this one. Then oddly enough, it all seemed to somewhat fit together on top of it.

5.1

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: woody orange color with a two finger white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate and leave some light lace
Aroma: super sweet mangoes as if they've been coated by sugar; light sweet malts (but then again, seems like the mangoes had too much sugar that I may have been tricked and thought the malts were overly sweet too, I'm not exactly sure)
Flavor: mangoes and malt; finishes mangoes and malts too
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness along the tongue, somewhat mobile -ish along the tongue
Overall: a fruit beer borderline on being straight up fruit juice and this needed some balance from some bitterness somewhere and that never happened.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange to amber cloudiness; two fingers of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: lots of tropical fruity hop notes; light clean malts
Flavor: leans towards the sweet throughout consumption, ever so slight bitterness at the end; finishes malty with some tropical fruits
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness
Overall: pretty good, I could have again.

Aroma: tropical hoppy to subtle floral hoppy tones; light malts
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas together somewhat bittersweet; subtle finish of the tropical hops and malts
Texture: light bodied; sessionable; some smoothness but also some hop aggression
Overall: pretty good IPA I'd be willing to come back to.

Texture: light bodied, sessionable; some smoothness, light hop astringency
Overall: not a bad APA but nothing over the top.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: golden yellow in color with a thin white foamy head which dissipated somewhat quick then left some light lace
Aroma: bready/biscuity sweet with some grains and light grassy hop notes
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas together in a sweet way; not much of a finish - maybe some breadiness
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: nothing really out of place on this one, I'd say it might be an easy drinker next to your grill or take cans to go fishing with.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: amber in color with sly transparency around the sides; two finger white foamy head which slid off mildly to leave some light lace
Aroma: some piney hops, floral hops, light citrusy zesty tones, and a clean malt bill
Flavor: moderately bittersweet through the combo of the prior aromas; finishes somewhat citrusy and piney
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; some smoothness but also some hop abrasion - mostly really light
Overall: pretty good West coast styled IPA I believe I could have again.

7.5
Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in the glass with a thin tan foamy head which inwardly dissipated and left a little bit of concave lace.
Aroma: thick blend of raspberry puree meshing with dark chocolate and milk chocolate
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together sweet and bitter chocolatey with a sly touch of the tart from the berries; finishes with those berries and an even light touch of dark chocolate
Texture: light to medium bodied, between sessionable and being a sipper; some smoothness but also some tart stabs to the tongue
Overall: I'd say a pretty nicely done fruited porter but perhaps they could pull down some of that tartness in the texture to make this beer be a really spectacular one.
