A beauty of a pour with a thick fine bubbled foamy head that fades slowly. Classic friendly quality mild fruity banana aroma; mouth watering. Very nice on style flavor, a really good example of what a hefe should be. Gentle, yet flavorful. No ill effects here. Some hefes go nuts with the clove, but this is so well balanced. I really need to search for clove, just like I like it! I cannot describe how much I'm enjoying this brew. Man, I should of bought a sixpack of this! Perfect amount of fine sizzle co2 for the style. Finishes with a soft, bready wheat character and low hop bitterness. Lovely tiny hint of bubblegum. Love that small amount of yeast on the bottom of the can when poured after a swirl! Been a long time since I had a real good, fun to drink, weizen that made me think of years gone by when I first became familiar with hefes; like when I tasted Erdinger Weißbier, Franziskaner Weissbier Naturtrüb, Obolong Weizenbier and Michelob Bavarian Wheat. One of the best hefes that I ever tasted! Thanks Old Prague!
