750ml Bottle - (Pivo Grando, Prague) - Golden with a white head. Honey and hints of grass in the aroma. The taste is malty and slightly vegetal. Gaia has disappointed me so far. Maybe it is better for bittering as the bitterness here is quite pleasant.

0.75l at Pivo Grando with SaintMatty. Chill hazy golden body, white head.... And the aroma is... oh my... DMS and green apple. Bit oxidized milk-caramelly taste, good herbal bitter finish... The Gaia bitterness is the best aspect, but the rest is questionable.

Pretty basic, cleanish. Thin bodied, kinda watery. Med carbo. Light bitter, low sweet, quite dry. Light grainy bready malt, light grassy herbal hops. A bit bland, boring, but drinkable. Light lager yeast present too. Goodish.

Tap at Galerie piva. Thx SaintMatty! Murky amberish-golden body, off-whtie ehad. Bit sulfury aroma, otherwise malty. Lean, dry, herbal-bitter taste, aggressive really, light oat, light sulfur.. Bit out of balance...
Really didn't sit well with me, however, I will gladly rerate it next time I see it.

Tap at the MVP 2024, Olomouc. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Banana, cloves and light cotton candy in the aroma. Grainy, lightly citric taste, but didn't note any pepper notes, as Gurthnar said, the name seems quite misleading!

Bottle at Pivni ordinace. Medium body, med-light carbonation. Medium bitterness, fully roasty, nice clean coffeeish, a bit deep roasty, cocoa malt character. Background earthy grassy hops. Light cardamom spicing things up just nicely. Overall good.

Tap at MVP. Medium body, medium carbonation. Rather on the peppery side, but some weizens get to this level even just with yeast. Also orange is rather light, with moderate general estery fruity character. Overall an average-good weizen, a bit weird about the special ingredients that might not even have been used, or very lightly.

Tap at Los Bastardos Olomouc. Goldenish body, off-white head. Slightly oily honeyish roma. Lean, dry honeyish-herbal taste, slick, a bit of bitterness, fairly clean - I though I got some vegetal notes, but not too much, mainly honeyish-herbal. Quite decent!
