Draft. Copper beerw ith a dark cream head. Malt aroma. Malt and light citrus flavor. Medium bodied. Citrus and caramel linger with light cocoa.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours with a hazy orange to red body with a scan off-white head. Aromas are all spice showcasing ginger and allspice. Very much a mulling spice feel. Bready and caramel malt notes, light esters (compared to their other beers). A bit sharp. Flavors are of mulling spices, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar. Bitter (spice bitterness), a touch metallic. Bready malt. Lively bubbles, thin and somewhat dry.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours with a near black body with a tan head. Aromas are of esters, tar, leather, roast and dark fruits. Flavors are chalky, roast, anise, molasses, dry. Lots of esters, very roasty. Very lively carbonation, a bit acidic, and on the thinner side of things.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours with a muddy orange hued body with a white head. Aromas are very fruity and estery (disturbingly so), pine, citrus and grapefruit rind hop character. Flavors are a bit husky, hoppy, cheap perfume floral character. Estery, fruity, sticky and resiny. Medium to lively bubbles, oddly sticky and slightly tannic/astringent.

On tap. Pours with a hazed golden to amber hued body with an off-white head. Aromas are grainy, malty, caramel and light esters, a touch of grass. Flavors show a bit of diacetyl, cereal and grainy, light fruit. Mild. Lively bubbles and quite thin.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours with a muddy bronze hue and a scant off-white head. Aromas of cereal, brown sugar, molasses, fruity, toffee and a hint of roast. Flavors are fruity, nutty, bread and light roast. Thin with very lively carbonation.

Sample at the brewpub, served with an orange. This brew pours a hazy dark amber color with a thin white head that recedes to an outer ring quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of ripe fruit and yeast. Light body with flavors of sweet fruit, yeast, wheat and a bit of malt. The finish is fruity with a short spice aftertaste. Barely average overall.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew pours dark brown with amber highlights. Thin off-white head that diminishes steadily, and stringy lacing. Roasty malt aroma with some coffee notes. Medium, semi-dry body with flavors of roasted coffee, sweet malt and nuts. The finish is mildly bitter coffee with a sweet malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear brownish-amber color with a medium thin off-white head that recedes steadily. Sticky patches of lacing on the glass. Caramel malt aroma with a bit of hops in the background. Light to medium body with sweet malt and caramel flavors alongside a lightly bitter hop flavor. The finish is sweet and malty and does not last long. Average brew overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a murky apple cider color with a thin white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Patches and spots of lacing. Hoppy aroma that has pine and citrus notes. Some malt in the nose too. Medium body with a moderately bitter piney hops character offset by some sweet malt. The finish is hoppy with a short bitter aftertaste. Decent IPA overall.
