Bottle. Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of peppers with a bit of heat and underlying dark grains and a touch roasted malt. Flavor is dominated by peppers that grow in heat and are cut slightly by hints of dark grains and roasted malts but mainly peppers.

Bottle. Pours a clear dark brown with a light brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has roasted malts with a bit of sweet cherries, chocolate and a light plastic note. Flavor has a odd combination of cherries, very bitter chocolate/roasted malts and a decent amount of plastic notes. Doesn’t really come together for me.

12 oz bottle given to me by Dansting. The pour is a lightly hazed brown black, with a touch of ruby. There are only a few thin khaki bubbles on the pour, and the cap popped off with very little pressure. The aroma is light char, toasted malt, and a soft vanilla sweetness. The taste is big vanilla cream sweet, toasted coconut and the lightly roasted toasted malt. The palate is light to medium bodied, very low carbonation level, in fact almost flat, and a sweet coconut finish. This may not have been a totally good seal. Cheers for giving me this one Dan.

Bottle. Chocolate, vanilla, coconut, coffee aroma. Black brown with a giant tan head. Dark roasted coffee malt, chocolate, vanilla, and coconut flavor with a spicy bitter finish. Medium body, lively carbonation. Far too carbonated for the style.
