On tap at Stone Liberty Station. Dark golden with a small head. On the sweet side with bread, caramel, light spices and some fruit. The mouthfeel was fairly soft and the finish a bit dry.

On tap at Stone Escondido, pours a clear copper amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out moderate notes of peat, smoked meat and toasted bready malt. Flavour is sweet and smoky, with a lovely mix of toasted bready, sweet caramel and peat. Lovely depth to this. Smoky and sweet finish. Really great.

On tap at Stone Escondido, pours a deep dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out a good mix of toasted malt and earl grey tea. Flavour is dominated by the tea, with subdued toasted malt and a dry finish. Thin body without much dynamics. Decent stuff.

On tap at Stone Escondido, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of perfume and paint thinner upfront - the tequila really makes this abrasive on the nose. Flavour is a little less abrasive, barely, with tequila barrels, perfume, vanilla and paint thinner. Difficult beer - I can't imagine this is totally as intended, but it's not disastrous either. Okay.

On tap at Stone Escondido, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma is quite abrasive, with lots of wine barrel notes, some paint thinner and perfume, and odd spiciness. Flavour is perfumey, with an interesting mix of perfumey floral notes, vinous notes, earthy notes, a little chalk and some berry-like fruitiness. Fruity, sweet, vinous finish. Interesting beer, albeit rather messy. Enjoyable.
