Bottled 330ml. -at Le Bob Nendaz. Unclear pale yellow coloured, medium sized white head, lime and yuzu in the nose. Same in the taste; lime, yuzu, bready and bit corny with short dryish finish. For hot summer days, not for -14 on the ski sloaps in early January.

This bottle is coming from the coop city Bern or Biel. Trying it on my balcony, relax yesterday after an afternoon at the swimming pool. A basica and refreshing lager, malty, grainy, light, a bit fruity and floral with some hop at the final, 15.06.22

dark brown colour, practically no head at all; aroma of cappuccino, dairy cream, chestnut puree, some ash, vanilla and oatmeal notes; taste is quite the same with some burnt and coffee-like bittery notes; correct one

Bottle coming from the coop city of Bern, opening it on tuesday, at our flat, at Epalinges with Fred. Personally, I have found this beer nice, generous ipa with a traditional dryness, dry malt with some fruity notes like strawberry, bitter and citrus, 28.10.21

Sample at Solothurner Biertage, may 2019. Presented as an IPA, but I can’t hardly see why – not really any hops here and most of the flavor is beetroot anyway. Murky purple body with a small pink head. Aroma is beetroot and soil. Flavor is also beetroot and soil with a hint of fruit juice. Not bad, but requires a taste for beetroot. Mostly a novelty beer and definitively something to remember from the festival. Not easy to give a score on this, not a great beer for drinking but among one of the better beetroot beer I have tasted.
