16oz can picked up at the state store. Pours near black with a medium sized beige head that dissipates quickly, good lacing. Roasted malts, chocolate, grains, caramel, ashy, bitter sweet malts. Nice.

Canned November 25th 2019 stamped near the bottom of the can.
Brewed with cherries and boysenberry so..it pours a clear red with a pinkish head of foam.
I definitely smell the fruits, besides that it has an earthy malt aroma. I cannot detect any hint of potential tartness but I am expecting that in the taste.
The taste is fruity with a minimal hint of tartness. How did they do that? Earthy malt ensues. The finish is very fruity with a mild bitterness.
The mouthfeel is fine.
Very interesting brew here. I will enjoy the other 3 16 ounce cans.

22 ounce bottle with red wax.
Pours pitch black, traces of foam even with a vigorous pour, no lacing.
Nose is light. Oatmeal, some roasted malt, lactose, wee bit of a barrel aroma.
Taste is oatmeal, roasted malt, lactose, kinda sweet, tasty but I get nothing from the barrel. Taste is too similar to the regular SBS and not worth paying $15.58 for a bottle.
Carbonation is the lowest of low. Hell, I will call it flat.
I had high hopes but they were dashed.

On draught at Frontier Brewing and Taproom.
Pours a lightly hazed gold with a decent head of foam, a little lacing.
Smells bitter from grapefruit, a suggestion of tropical fruit, can't pull out any malt.
Taste is the same. A little dankness added but this is pretty ordinary.

On draught at Old Chicago.
It pours a cloudy, murky, rusty red with an inch of slightly pink foam.
Smells of wheat and tart raspberries.
Taste is the same and the balance between the 2 is very well done.
Good mouthfeel, good beer from Wind River.

On draught at Frontier Brewing and Taproom.
Pours a clear copper with an ample and long lasting head of foam. Lacing is good.
I smell some caramel malt, kind of fruity notes, bit of grain.
The taste has fruity notes and caramel malt but it also has areas of deadness where I really don't taste much.
Light body with light carbonation.
It's okay.

On draught at Frontier Brewing and Taproom.
Pours a clear gold with a healthy head of foam and lacing.
Smells of grapefruit, grass, quite hoppy.
Some toasted malt aromas are in there too but light.
Very hoppy with the grapefruit and grass, light toasted malt, bitter level is fairly high for this smooth bodied IPA.
