5/8/2022. From BIAB at GBBF 2022, day 4. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, apple, toffee, light funk, sugars, vanilla. Quite sweet, light tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Dry tannic finish. Pretty decent.

BIAB at York Beer & Cider Fest 2019. Bright yellow colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, alittle funk. Taste is sweet, juicy, fruity apple, tangy, citric, very slight funk hint. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet finish. Quite drinkable
