BIAB at Newcastle Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Orangey amber gold colour, no head and aroma of strawberry, jammy, apple, fruity. Taste is sweet, strawberry jam, apple, fruity, slightly tart, sugary. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet strawberry finish. OK, quite sweet.

BIAB sample from 13th Colchester Winter Ale Festival courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of mellow ripe apple with funky notes. Taste is sweetish, tangy, orchardy apple, with leathery, solventy funk and some tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry slightly tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

29/1/2020. From Bag in a Box at the 13th Colchester Winter Ale Festival. Pours slightly hazy golden with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of medium sweet apples, lightly funky with a dash of citrus. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Nice tart and sweet mix to finish.

BIAB at York Beer & Cider Festival 2019. Slightly hazy golden colour, no head and aroma of apple & light funk. Taste is sweet, mellow apple, fruity with some tang, tannin and light funk. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet finish. Quite drinkable
