Bag in a box at Lime Kiln Bristol. wow that is very dry. almost parching. dessicating. real cider. drying elderflower said the barman which I would agree with. added an ice cube. still very dry. wow. still enjoyed it though. liked the apple the flesh. the dry cider apple character. good stuff. intense.

BIAB at Scrumpy Pumpy Cider Fest 2020 at Cider Box, Bristol. Yelllow gold colour, no head and aroma of musty apple. Taste is oaky, apple, wood barrel, vanilla, with formic notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable.

From a bag in a box at the Portcullis, Clifton, Bristol 11/08/2011. Deep gold with slight carbonation. Aroma of juicy apple fruit with a hint of spice. Easy drinking for the ABV with plenty more fruit a touch if sin and medium dry finish. Good.
