12/10/2023. BIAB at Nottingham Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of apple, caramel, baked apple, funky edge. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, slightly watery, light carbonation. Drying finish. Pretty decent.

12/10/2023. BIAB at Nottingham Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Pours clear pale golden with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of apple, caramel, citrus, apple pie. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily, light carbonation. Dry tannic finish. Decent.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Orange golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is tangy, apple, fleshy fruity, woody, with leathery funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic at the finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, orange citrus, fruits. Taste is sweetish, apple, tangy, tart, some citric acidity and tannins. Medium bodied low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Quite drinkable

500ml bottle from Cider Shack. Clear gold. Fruity nose, woody, some mild sulphur. Taste is pleasantly fruity, moderately sweet with a nice furry tannic close, fine carbonation. Fairly clean, light and easy drinking overall. Good.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Golen colour, fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of leather, straw, apple. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, mellow, with leathery funk and light tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.
