Doesn’t taste like a Hefeweizen at all. A bit bitter in the back end with a sweet body, similar to a cheap euro lager.

Can, 0.568l. Clear golden pour, three finger frothy white head, medium retention. Broken lacing on the glass. Grainy on the nose, sweet malt, herbal notes. Light to medium body, medium carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, fizzy, prickly, light chewy. Moderately sweet taste with bitter boozy notes in the background. Aroma of malt, grains, grass and corn. Light sugary stickiness, medium alcohol. Slightly metallic. Medium lasting finish, dry, sticky, bitter and boozy. Drinkable.

Bottle from Oscar, cheers mate! Standard macro wheat that was more towards the wit side than the bannana side. Quite sweet.

Can split at the 2nd CBJ tasting, thanks to Seth for spoiling us, 31/08/23. Pale golden yellow with a big old white head a la Mr Whippy. Nose is pale malts, grains, herb, hedgerow, straw. Taste comprises grains, grass, herb, pale malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay refresher.

Can shared in London. Cheers to Seth. Pours clear yellow with a foamy, white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with notes of white bread, cereal, low bitterness. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish. Basic. OK.
