Savory almost salty whole grain bread nose, grass. Crystal clear brass, lasting billowy medium head. Grain and grass, not too in your face, a little salty. Medium body, easy carbonation. Not a favorite style for me, but it is a decent representation.

Candied pecan nose. Ruby brown, medium cream colored head. Wood, light malt sweetness, subtle fruit highlights. Medium body, soft carbonation. Not for Maerzen purists, but it's an interesting beer.
