1 imperial pint can, as Svyturys Gintarinis Sviesusis Alus, from EKO Market, Stavanger. ABV is 4.6%. Clear pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Strong sweetish aroma of pilsener malts and newmown grass, also hints of candy. The flavour is moderately sweet, but not as bad as I feared. Moderate herbal hops, an acceptable refreshment. --- Beer merged from original tick of Gintarinis Pilsner on 30 Apr 2026 at 15:12 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 6.5. Original review text: 500 ml can, from EKO Market, Stavanger. ABV is 4.6%. Clear and pale golden colour, small head, some lacing. Moderate aroma of malts and grassy hops. The mouthfeel is richer than I feared. The flavour has quite a bit of malt sweetness, and noticeable herbal hops. Might buy again, when I just want an unassuming pilsener to go with my dinner.
