Gold, wlight head no lacing. Sweet malty, slight bitterness at the end. Fairly smooth for eastern european. However like a eastern european lacks strong character that would separate it from the crowd. Drinkable, ok.

Hazy gold with a thick white head....(not "dazzling" however, as the description proclaims) Faint malty, grainy aroma. Taste is lager-ish...mild bitter, rice creaminess. Decent, but not a standout.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is herbal and flat malty. Spiced, sage like and herbal. Bitter, light sweet and artificial. Mild grassy and sage.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a lacing white head. Malty sweet aroma - and a whiff of spices. Solid malty body, a little sulphur - and then again these spices, cinnamon? cardamom? Certainly not what I expected in a Heller Bock, and to be honest I’d rather do without them! Some late hops and alcohol. 220413

Bottle courtesy of Vaiz. Poured a clear light amber with a thin broken head. The aroma is weak malty leading to a medium bitter, malty flavour. The bitterness hits the palate and lingers into the aftertaste. Fine as a summer thirst quencher.

Sampled from bottle thanks to Vaiz. Clear yellow golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly sweetish, lightly grains. A bit less fresh and a bit less flavored than the Ekstra Draught.
