Clear goldn with a decent white head. Aroma dominated by flowery hops - almost a little flowery. Medium body, very dry malts with the hops dominating.

Golden color. Sweetish malty and bready aroma with toffee. Malty toffeish and bready flavor with some caramel.

500ml bottle. Clear mahogany colour with average to huge, thick, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-hite head. Dark malty aroma with a touch of husk and spelt, very cautious hints of treacle and pumpernickel. Taste is minimally sweet dark malty, a touch of treacle, pumpernickel, dry husky overtones.

Aroma has roasted notes and ripe bananas. Flavour has ripe bananas, some toffee and hints of bubblegum. Palate is high on CO2. Quite typical dunkelweizen. Gets better with yeast added – it gives more toffee.
