(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Strawy malty nose with shy grassy hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a slightly sharp carbonation. Slightly strawy and doughy malt-character with a tinge of biscuits; moderately sweet malt-accented finish with delicately grassy hoppy notes and a tinge of sour dough in the aftertaste. 30.I.14

Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts malty, spicy with some strange herbal notes. Finish a bit unbalanced, grasy-spicy. Strange beer.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, firm, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally bready and doughy grainy aroma, a cautious, unspecific fruity touch in apple direction, a touch of grassy hop. Taste is moderately sweet malty, minimally grainy, bready, or better hints of loaf/roll, cautious bitter hoppy overtones. If cold enough - not bad.

Dunkeltrübe Bernsteinfarbe, leicht beiger Schaum. Der Antrunk ist frisch-malzig, zum Hauptteil hin wird das Bier süßlich-süffig und leicht malzig. Schön vollmundig. Der Nachgeschmack wird ganz leicht herb-säuerlich, schön ausgewogen malzig süßlich und mittellang anhaltend.
--> Schönes leckeres, eigentlich schon dunkles Weizen, erfrischend-säuerlich.
