Bottle @ Patricks. Clear, blood red body under a dense, pale pinkish head. Wonderful aroma of fruity cherry with mild acidity. Some hint of funk but mostly rather clean in the nose. Taste is smooth, soft, clean cherry, cherry skin, and mild acidity, just a faint hint of almond and that’s a god thing by me. Fine body and long-lasting aftertaste. A really nice and complex wild beer with acidic cherry flavor without too much almond nor acidity, a fine treat for both cheese and white meat. Tasty and nice.

Bottle @ Patricks. Slightly unclear, pale golden body with almost no head. Aroma has light acidic apple and notes of mature apples from an apple cellar. Taste has a slightly discreet apple flavor, acidic green apple, hint of sweet, ripe apples and a bit grassy. Medium body and a bit short in aftertaste. Decent but end up a bit anonymous.

Bottle @ Patricks. Uncler, pale golden body under a small white head. Aroma has apple and fresh grass with a mild hint of floral honey. Taste is slightly mature apple, apple core, grass and a floral touch. Medium body and same aftertaste. A bit average kind of cider, but decent enough.

Bottle @ Patricks. Uncler, pale golden body under a minimalistic white head. Aroma has mild floral honey scent with apples. Taste is sweet apple, honey and flowers. The apple flavor is a mix between sweet apple and more refreshing acidic apple. Medium body and same aftertaste. Not bad, but perhaps a bit more on the original and interesting side then really god.

Tap @ Patricks. Dark brown, almost black body under a small beige head. Aroma of dark malt, licorices, and leather. Taste is medium sweet, dark malt, bitter chocolate, licorices, hint of alcohol and dry fruit. Fine body and average aftertaste. Less sweet than expected for a milk stout and really not what I consider a pastry stout. It was actually a god match to my fish & chips. Not super smooth and perfectly balanced, but it has definitively some charm.

Bottle, 75cl, at Patricks. A clear looking deep red beer, topped by a minimalistic pinkish head. The aroma is cherry driven, with some notes of cherry pits, a light leathery funk, dusty cellar hints and a touch of alcohol. It's full bodied and lightly warming, with a decent carbonation. Some tannins. Cherry, cherry pits, leather, generic funk, lemon zest notes, alcohol hints, some woody notes and a hint of grass and barnyard in the flavor. Lasting finish. A bit alcoholic, else really nice. Complex and tasteful. 220317

Bottle, at Patricks. It's a lightly foggy one, golden in color. Some white bubbles around the rim. The aroma is rather grassy, with green apple peel and hints of cellar and apple cores. It's dry and medium bodied, softly carbonated, with mostly apple flavors. Green apple, apple cores and grass in the flavor too. Some alcohol notes. Medium length quite grassy finish. Lacking on apple focus this one, but at least clean. 220317

Bottle, at Patricks. A more or less clear one, pale golden in color, with some bubbles on top. The aroma has quite a lot of honey, with heather and fresh apple. Some grass. It's medium bodied and semi-dry on the palate, with a little warmth. Apple, honey, heather notes and hints of cellar in the flavor. A bit sweet in the end. Not sure if I like the honey addition or not. Anyway, sure not bad. 220317
