Bottle, at HĂĄndverkeren. It's a hazy orange-golden colored beer with a white head. The aroma has quite a lot of diacetyl, along with piney, grapefruity hops, some resin and grass, and some bready notes. It's nicely carbonated and full bodied, not too sweet, and with a quite low bitterness level. Diacetyl, bread and hints of caramel in the flavor, with piney, grapefruity hops and some grass. Lasting finish. Pity about the diacetyl, else it's nice. 211119

Bottle, at HĂĄndverkeren. It pours a lightly foggy golden colored body and a small white head. The aroma is a bit too yeasty for me, with a nice generic fruityness, hints of orange and grass, some white bread and hay, avd a very light peppery hint. It's quite heavy on the carbonation, not too much though, it's full bodied and quite dry, yet with a light fruity sweetness. Fruity flavor too, with yellow apple, some pear and orange, hints of grass and white bread, and a bit much chalky yeast. Lasting fruity finish with a very light citrusy sourness. A bit yeasty, else fine. 211119

Tap @ Patricks. Slightly unclear dark golden to amber body under a small, lacing tan head. Aroma has caramel malt, dry fruit and hint of spicy yeast. Taste is sweet malt, toffee, some fruit, hint of yeast and balanced, moderate bitterness. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. A nice and smooth beer in the crossing between a brown ale and Belgium dubbel. Nothing surprising going on here, but well made and very food friendly as a good Christmas beer may be.

On tap at Sørlandet Matfestival. It's an unclear yellow-orange colored beer with a finger-thick white head. The aroma is fruity, mostly mango, with some fruity sourness and a touch of bread. It's medium bodied and semi-dry on the palate, with a flavor driven by mango. Not much else, some generic fruityness and a hint of malts though. All a bit weak, not as intense as the aroma. Quite fruity finish too, with mango very lightly supported by some bitterness. A bit dull and one dimensional, but sure decent. 190712

On tap at Sørlandet Matfestival. It's an unclear pale yellow colored beer with a finger-thick white head. The aroma has doughy white bread, some hints of lemon and a touch of lactic acid. It's medium bodied, dry and nicely carbonated, with a light acidity and even a faint bitterness. White bread, dough, some lemon and lactic acid and a faint note of grass in the flavor. Lasting sour finish. A pleasant and refreshing Berliner indeed. 190712

On tap at Sørlandet Matfestival. It's a goldenish reddish pink beer, unclear, with a finger-thick off-white head. The aroma is dominated by raspberry, but some bready pale malts lurks in the far back. It's medium bodied and nicely carbonated, with a light acidity, some fruity sweetness and lots of raspberry flavor. As in the flavor, there's a bready pale malts backdrop, with a light yeasty hint. Lasting raspberry finish. A very refreshing one, but way too one dimensional and sure lacking on the good flavors of beer. 190712

On tap at Sørlandet Matfestival. It's an unclear yellow-orange colored beer with a finger-thick white head. The aroma is fruity and piney, with grapefruit doing most of the fruity work. Some bready, earthy yeast notes and a pleasant maltyness too. It's medium to full-bodied, nicely carbonated and quite dry on the palate, with a very low level of bitterness. Lots of piney, grapefruity hops though, as well as some yeasty notes, and a pleasant malty backdrop. Medium length finish. An easy drinkable and quenching beer, but I really miss bitterness. 190712
